Ralph Rand established Rand Rodeo Company in 1969. Since that time the family has continued to produce Rodeos all over northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri. In 1996, Ralph’s son, Tommy founded the Rand Little Britches Rodeo Association, today known as All Family Rodeo. This Association has proven to be one of the states’ top youth rodeo organizations. The Association has everything to offer from Open Events for any age, Juniors, Ponies, & Buckaroos. It has a great family atmosphere and events that the entire family can enjoy! Rand Rodeo Company has taken the most novice cowboy and cowgirl and turned them into very tough competitive athletes. Most of our past rookies are now competing in top professional associations. Today Rand Rodeo Company produces around 75 rodeos a year for Arkansas Cowboys Association and All Family Rodeo. Their AFR Finals award $30,000 PLUS in saddles, buckles, cash, and prizes each year. They partner with community service organizations like Peitz Cancer House and Gamma House to raise money for worthwhile causes, helping to raise several thousands of dollars at each event. |
